Now for something a little
different!
For clients not located nearby, or those who
would prefer to have a personalised CD and treatment plan but without
coming in to see me in Hedge End, there is another alternative. I can e-mail
you a new client details form, which essentially is a consent for
treatment and confidentiality form, with a questionnaire for you to send
back to me.
We
can then discuss together your special individual needs either over the
phone or through e-mail. I will then create your very own treatment plan
with the hypnosis CD/tape(s) being personalised for your needs.
This is NOT a generalised, or generic recording. It will be something we
will have discussed together and will be the same type of content as if
you had come to see me on an individual basis. You will be able to
report back to me with your progress.
I
will not produce any personalised CD/tape(s) until we are both satisfied
that we have all the information required to best help you.
As
well as the Hypnosis recording(s), I will include a treatment plan that
will address the conscious or "cognitive" aspects of your
unique case. It may also include
aspects that involve EFT and NLP. You will be given a special password
to my client support site where you will find specialist valuable
downloads and other materials to help you further.
All
in all - a tremendous opportunity for change - even though you may
not have the time or are simply too nervous to see me personally!!
Client confidentiality is
very important to me. All sessions are private and
confidential. No personal information will EVER be given out or
sold to anyone!
